Dear Brooklyn Townhouse Owner,

Since 2010, I’ve issued the quarterly Brooklyn Townhouse Report to Townhouse Owners to serve as a quick reference for understanding recent building sales activity and trends. I specialize in representing owners of Brooklyn townhouses and am also an investor with a personal passion for buying, renovating, leasing and selling townhouses. 

My objective is to help townhouse owners develop a sense of their townhouse’s value by showing all the sales in their neighborhood four times a year. Each report includes a photo and sales data for every 1, 2, 3, and 4-family buildings sold. All sales data is compiled from public records.
